WILL THERE BE INS AND OUTS (RE-ENTRY) AT THE FESTIVAL?
Yes. As long as you still have the official security wristband.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?
For patrons who have lost/missing item, please email us at [email protected] with a detailed description and/or photo of the item. Our staff will be in touch with you.

HOW TO AVOID TICKET FRAUD?
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly to the official promoters posted in the website or in our Facebook page. Beware of ticket resellers, scalpers or any unauthorized person/s pretending to be an official seller. Always ask their promoter ID. The organizers will not be able to refund the amount.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS FROM THE OUTISDE?
No outside food and beverages will be allowed inside the festival grounds. We have authorized food and non-food vendors inside the venue.

IS WATER BOTTLE ALLOWED INSIDE?
You are allowed to bring one (1) empty refillable bottle inside. NO glass bottle allowed.

CAN I SMOKE CIGARETTE INSIDE THE VENUE?
Yes. We have authorized cigarette vendor inside the venue and designated smoking areas.

WILL THERE BE ATMs IN THE VENUE?
Yes. It is located right next to the entrance inside the venue.

WILL THERE BE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS FOR CHARGING OUR MOBILE PHONES?
Yes. Just ask any of our staffs around the area.
